KEY-CLEAVE®, THE KING OF THE CROWN
Year 2012. In this same year the company decides to invest in the development of a quality fiber optic cleaver, patented under the name of KeyCleave®, a model that performs precise fiber optic cleaving in splicing and connectorization tasks, both in the laboratory and in the field. KeyFibre’s CLU30 can cleave single-mode and multimode fibers with diameters of 125 microns and coatings of 250 and 900 microns, at an angle of less than 0.5 degrees.
This compact design has a replaceable blade (three-height, sixteen-position adjustment) with an estimated life of 48,000 cuts.
